Timhotel Opera Madeleine - Paris

1 Fantastic location, comfortable and clean, friendly and helpful staff

everything was nice, wonderful location just next door to st lazare train station, the buses, and sightseeings, attentive staff. i had the triple room which was tidy and airy with great view from balconies.

Loved the location of this hotel! It is very close to subway station making it convenient to get anywhere. Lots of hustle/bustle in the area, but we enjoy that! Definitely not a quiet area! Lots of restaurants in the area to chose from and a pharmacy and Starbucks right across the street.

The family room was cozy, but the fire alarm went off at night, annoying.

The Timhotel was in a good location for me and while it was a modest hotel the room was clean as was the hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. Everything was quite comfortable.

The station was next to the hotel and th room was clean.

Very very small room for 105 euros/night. Fiar price would be around 50- 60, not enough space for the room to hace proper air and when you open the w/c door all humidity was coming in the room. Should have better prices. Although the area was ok and nice location.

The location is excellent! The reception staff was very helpful and nice, and spoke several languages. The rooms were very clean, and despite of being in a busy area, it was quite silent at night. The metro station is almost at the door!

The size of the room and bathroom was quite small.

I had airy family king room with 4 single beds, AC, as for instance. The location was best possible, within walking distance of Gare Saint-Lazare. The place had a family atmosphere.

The kids enjoyed lounging by the cozy common area after a day of exploring. The only downside was a bit of noise from the street, but it didn't really affect our good experience 😊

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's near to shopping area and eating places, there is even a MacDonald a few steps away. It's near to the RER station and also the hop on hop off bus which is so convenient to travel around the famous tourist spots. Will definitely stay there again for the location.

The night staff at the reception desk is not so knowledgeable about tours. The phone in the room was not working and a false fire alarm went off early in the morning

The location is super convenient, close to shops, cafes, and transit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good with a decent spread of pastries and cheeses.

They've got no maps of the city and couldn't give us any information about it. The location is not as good as you think (you do have to walk to reach the main attractions), the room is hot, smells bad and is quite dark. The computer was broken during our entire stay and we didn't see anyone interested in repairing it. The wi-fi is horrible in the room. We also asked them not to clean our bedroom but they did. The bathroom is odd. There is no frigobar neither hairdryer. The bed was supposed to be a double one... it wasn't. The walls are raelly thin so you will have a noisy sleep.

Frendly stuff, clean room, free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

There was no hairdryer in the room, they have only 15 hairdryers and you have to ask for in at the reception. It was noisy because the windows face to the main street.
